Why can the Teampel clients on Teampel server sign in, but the Teampel clients on other computers in the local area network (LAN) cannot?

- The Teampel server network card must be a fixed IP address assigned manually, and does not support obtaining IP address automatically.
- Please make sure that the IP addresses of the other computers are in the same network segment as Teampel Server IP address; if they are in different network segments, it may be restricted by the network and cannot access;
- If both of the above are excluded, please check the firewarll security softwares on the server and the client. It is recommended to disable the firewall and test if it can sign in normally. If it is normal, add an exception rule for the firewall. Please refter to "How can I manually set up the Windows operating system firewall?"
