What can I do if the Teampel mobile client can not receive the Push notification?

All mobile clients (both Android and iOS) cannot receive push notifications:

 

  1. Check if the Push service is enabled on Teampel Server. The default is disabled.
    Tip: if it is not enabled, please go to Teampel Management System > "Services" > "Push Service", click "Turn on push service".
     
  2. Check if Teampel Server can access Teampel push service by visiting HTTPs://push.teampel.com.
     
  3. Check your firewall ports for the Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) are enabled.
     
  4. If the above issues are excluded, please contact our support team.
     

If only certain mobile devices can not receive push notifications

 

Check if the devices have disabled the notification feature or on power preserve/do not disturb mode.

NextAfter signging to Teampel client, I can receive and send messages, but I can't download and upload files. What should I do?
