FAQ

What's the difference between Teampel Free and Enterprise?

The Free version only allows a maximum of 10 members and 10 projects, but is identical to the Enterprise version otherwise. After purchasing a license, you can upgrade your Free version by importing the license file into the web-based management system.

How are Server and Client different from each other?

• Server: this is the application that needs to be installed on the server, which also doubles as the site for data storage. Normally, only system administrators have access to it. (Installation environment and requirements recommendations)

• Client: after Server setup is complete (i.e. creating user accounts), users must install Client and sign in on the application for using Teampel's services.
